Literally just call and they will do all the work for you!! Jusebia looked up all my sons and my specialists and found an insurance for us where they were all in network so I didnt have to worry about anything. At the beginning there were hiccups with bluecross blueshield but Yusebia was always a phone call away to immediately and easily help us. Simme was very helpful when she helped me customizing my insurance package according to my needs and budget. The service is a 10/10 as the team always tries to keep me updated with reminders through text, email, or call. When I had a claim, the agency would regularly check up on me to make sure I was doing okay. Overall, they were very helpful. If you are looking for an agency that truly cares, this is the place for you! I highly recommended it!
