Jana Franscell Just want to give a shout out to Susan Pick with Kendall County Farm Bureau! I’ve been with them for years. When my daughter was in an accident a few years ago (not at fault, a lady t-boned her), I called to let her know about it as soon as I got to the scene. Ten minutes later I turned around and she was right there to make sure my daughter was ok and to start the process through our (and the other lady’s) insurance. Her guidance was invaluable to me and my family. Fast forward to last week. I got my insurance bill - which had significantly increased. I called her, and by close of business she had helped us in getting a much better rate for the same amount of coverage - because she KNOWS insurance! She is one of the kindest, most compassionate and knowledgeable agents in Boerne! Give her a call and let her take care of you like she has for our family! No hesitation for 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

Hector Tovar I went in and spoke to Emily. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable. It looked like she was well oriented and knew what she was offering us. Although we were going in for home insurance we were relief to know that they cover other areas like Car, boats to commercials space insurance. Everyone was so friendly to us and I liked that. I do recommend this place to everyone in the area!
