1 /5 Carlos Salinas: Waited more than a month to post this review. Wanted to give Fred Loya a solid chance at doing the right thing. Didn’t happen.
My wife was recently rear ended by one of their clients. Person that hit her vehicle was nice enough, shared insurance info., etc. Trouble came when I reached out to Fred Loya. I submitted claim info. and within 1-2 days I received the bad news. Claim not covered. Turns out their client was late with one payment, which caused their coverage to lapse. My claim (accident) was denied by a difference of five days (from lapse). But fortunately for them, their client is able to still catch up on payments and coverage would be reinstated. For us, not so much. I thought I had heard them all… thanks for nothing Fred Loya. Please don’t respond to this review with a polite “contact us, we care” message. Done that already… you don’t.
(Also, I received 4-5 calls after verbal denial of claim letting me know my claim had been denied. Even after I had asked for them to please stop, they called me again.)
