1 /5 shauna cooper: A motorist insured through this agency caused a lot of damage to my car on April 2. I filed a claim on April 6 through them and have yet to speak to an adjuster. When calling I leave voicemail after voicemail with no response. When calling the main line, I am forwarded to the adjusters supervisor who also doesnt answer the phone. Customer service for this agency is non exsistent and it is quite frustrating. Unprofessional and unresponsive is how I would best describe this business.

1 /5 Tina Moss: The Burleson Office is Terrible!! And since calling the Corporate office to check on claim, I was put through to 4 peoples phone numbers and all had on their recording they were out of the office for the next 4-5 days.

1 /5 shawn eld: Customer for 20yrs. Company is OK, but their agents are horrible. One was incompetent. One never returned calls or emails. And one does not listen to or value.customers. Who wants my money? You guys are fired!

1 /5 Garrett Davis: Poor communication, was accused of trying to bargain my car’s value, when in fact I just wanted an accurate estimate with options my car has. Can’t get a hold of Blake and called 800 number to get answer and they transferred me to Blake who hasn’t responded in 2 days. Will be looking for a new insurance company after being treated poorly as a paying customer.

1 /5 Mike Myers: Terrible Insurance. Drastic rate increases and if you ever do have to file a claim on the auto end then prepare to be without your vehicle for an extended period of time. They do not communicate or even return calls in a timely manner to the repair facilities and nobody can answer any questions except the person who is in a meeting or on vacation. Switched after the nightmare auto claim and unjustified rate increases and am now saveing OVER $4000 A YEAR! FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!!!
