Stephani Smith We have been Germania customers for over 35 years, we have been through 3 agents retiring from the business and now Dean Smith has retired as well....So, Will Sneed with Pratus Insurance has taken his place and I have to say I am extremely impressed with the customer service I am receiving! Its like were old friends- he listened to some unique needs we had, he researched the situation, presented us with what Germania looked like and then listened to my concerns with that, picked up the phone and called the underwriter to make sure they understood and we ended up with better results. Because he took the time to listen to me, and be my voice to Germania, I am still a Germania client and I am proudly a Pratus Insurance client!! Thanks Will- well done!

Matt Simmons I finally got a decent quote after looking for a couple years for cheaper car insurance. She ended up saving me around $300 a year, $25 a month. It’s not huge savings but anything helps.
