They are available for questions via email or phone and always respond to me immediately. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I have always been impressed by the level of customer service at Texans, and that is why Ive stayed with them so long. In addition, they shop around and recommend better policies with better rates annually, which I really appreciate. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Dalamar Hobbs Called on Max at Guardian completely out of the blue, absolutely last minute, mired in drama and controversy...to meet us at a local nursing home and have some critical paperwork notarized. Max arrived within the half hour, hovered in the background, and was the perfect gentleman. He did his work, upset no one, performed perfectly, and melted away like he was never there. The price was more than reasonable, and his service was impeccable. Will certainly use this service again!
