Tesla James It’s cheap for the same coverage which is great but that’s the extent of it. The entire company is closed on the weekend so if your trying to purchase a vehicle you can’t get coverage to leave the lot. ( the call center won’t set up new policies) They rarely answer the phone even during regular business hours. They have messed up my billing 3-4 times due to lack of communication between departments. All in all it’s quite a hassle having them for insurance but the price makes up for it…mostly.

That is when we discovered that the home warranty insurance company never insured us. To make a long story short we thank God that we never experienced a loss our first year as home owners. We were reimbursed from the title company from escrow for the insurance we never received.Trinity Insurance cared so much about us and actually followed through on helping us find better Home Insurance.
