Ryan Hoffland I was with Kicker Insurance from 2012 to 2017 when I owned property in Baytown, TX, and to this day, they remain the most professional and personable insurance company I’ve ever worked with. From day one, I felt like part of the family — their team was kind, responsive, and always went above and beyond to help. I only left Kicker because they weren’t able to offer coverage for my new home in The Woodlands. Now living in Madison, its been 8 years since I had to move on, but I still remember their exceptional service and genuine care. I haven’t been able to find another agency that comes close. Kicker sets the gold standard for what an insurance company should be.

Ever Salinas I really like this insurance company and the location where I always go. Loop 20 and New York. They always down to help and if you a good pay they rearly harass you about your payment. IDK about other people or companies, but they always beat the competitors when it comes to my price. In other agencies, because of tickets, driver suspension, and SR-22, I get offered a small upfront fee but a ridiculously high monthly payment. Here is the opposite, I get offered a High renew, or upfront fee, but then a reasonable, and lower than all the rest (BECAUSE I HAVE CHECKED) monthly payments. Really happy with the service, luckily have not had a need to file a claim. If i ever do so, rest a sure Ill chime in with the feedback.
