5 /5 Ryan Hoffland: I was with Kicker Insurance from 2012 to 2017 when I owned property in Baytown, TX, and to this day, they remain the most professional and personable insurance company I’ve ever worked with. From day one, I felt like part of the family — their team was kind, responsive, and always went above and beyond to help. I only left Kicker because they weren’t able to offer coverage for my new home in The Woodlands. Now living in Madison, its been 8 years since I had to move on, but I still remember their exceptional service and genuine care. I haven’t been able to find another agency that comes close. Kicker sets the gold standard for what an insurance company should be.

I had several questions about the insurance policy, she kindly and patiently took the time to answer my questions and helped me choosing the right insurance that covers all my needs. I feel a lot of agencies just want to sell you anything just to get their share regardless of what your actual needs are. Not here, Laura did not make me feel like a transaction and I felt at ease knowing exactly what my home is being covered for. By far one of the best customer services I’ve had.
