Simme was very helpful when she helped me customizing my insurance package according to my needs and budget. The service is a 10/10 as the team always tries to keep me updated with reminders through text, email, or call. Barbara I met with Dan Taylor to get advice about my Medicare coverage choices. Wading into anything involving the government is bound to be a confusing tangle, but he made everything very clear for me. He explained what I’d already been automatically enrolled in so that I could understand what additional coverage I might need. I told him what I wanted as far as supplemental coverage, and he showed me a great policy that met all my requirements. He was genial and patient, NOT pushy in the least, and explained everything openly and concisely. I chose to go to him because of the recommendation of a friend who had called on him to assist her, and I will pass along my own very high recommendation of Dan Taylor.

I had to file to dissolve a business back in Louisiana and he helped me get all the info correct and updated with the necessary notary stamp needed before mailing off the documents.
