Vincent & Associates: Allstate Insurance - Amarillo

Amber Frausto We love this agency! They saved us money and gave us better coverage, explaining what we needed based on our personal situation. Not long after switching my husband was hit by someone who ran a red light. Our vehicle was totaled, and the agents here were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process and got us even more money than we were expecting!

Robnett Insurance Agency - Brownwood

Lisa Tipton Our agent Noelle is the best! Recently she helped us navigate through a hit and run crash. The car was totaled and the insurance company Noelle represented paid quickly. Our decision to buy another car was made about 5 pm but Noelle worked to get our policy in place so that we could buy that day. Quick friendly service when you’re going through a difficult time is priceless.

Macha Insurance - Levelland

Kay Tee Jo I found this comment I’d made 13 years ago over an issue I’d had with a slightly fractured ankle as a student at South Plains College in Levelland. It ignited the memory of how well cared for I felt, although I’d long forgotten the incident. I was praising the dean at SPC over a fractured ankle that the treatment wasn’t exactly covered by the student insurance policy and how he went above and beyond to help me receive stellar medical attention, but the person responsible for that exemplary work was Mr. Macha. This happened 13 years ago today, and I’d promised back then I’d sing the praises everywhere I could find a place to leave a review. I think at the time, Google Reviews weren’t as relevant and important as they are today. Anyway, imagine being an insurance company, needing reviews from people who’ve suffered loss of some kind, and it cannot always be covered. It is a tough job, and when it’s done this well, people should make sure that word gets out. Again, I’d written the following 13 years ago today: “Mr. Dee Macha, the owner of Macha Insurance here in Levelland, also deserves praise I shall declare in many places, not just randomly on Facebook. Macha Insurance handles the schools "Accident Injury Insurance Policy" (not the official title, but whatever), which is covered in our tuition and is there to assist SPC students even if they are injured off campus. When I went to Dean Conner about my ankle, Dee was the first man he called. Within twenty four hours, I had received official paperwork declaring this "small" insurance companys dedication to covering my health and financial concerns. When I ran into obstacles, anything ranging from "miscommunication" (Im being nice here) with the school doctor, to financial concerns, and right down to paying cash on the spot so that I didnt have to wait one second longer to be cared for. He not only found me another doctor, he not only cared enough to relieve me of any financial concerns I had over signing certain paperwork, he found the RIGHT doctor, got me in to see him right away, and when I was directed to be fitted for a walking boot and found the medical supply company required money I didnt have on me at the time, he covered my deductible in seconds only so I didnt have to wait another second to get what I needed. After all was said and done, he called to check up on me, thanked me for who knows what, but let me tell you it was all extremely genuine and appreciated. This little insurance company employs a staff of 1 to 4 (from what Ive actually seen, there are probably just two), and yet the efficiency of what was done left me feeling like I had an entire army helping me. And just because they are "small" doesnt mean I was the only one he had to give that type of care to last week, this week, today, but I felt like I was so important that he had no other clients, yet alone the 10,000 students at SPC. One of these days, I shall learn to be concise, and I know this is only being skimmed by most, at best, but when one runs into that kind of damn good businessmen, and they dont spread the good word, they contribute to the demise of the "small" businessman in America and beyond. Now to begin my official thank-you letters and go talk with my friend about just what bread I need to learn how to bake for these two I am so obviously grateful for, yet alone downright amazed by.” I was a fish out of water that year, from Jefferson County in West Virginia, a state that many locals didn’t even believe was a unique and separate state. Something about the size of Texas can make the other states feel like tiny little countries in Western Europe or something. Anyway, I was a very long way from home, and that means that finding people who treat you like you’re one of their own neighbors who they’ll see for years and years to come really matters in certain situations. Thank you again, Mr. Dee Macha and Macha Insurance.
