Ive been in several other insurance offices at lunchtime and usually saw the one on lunch end their lunch early when the office and phone were extremely busy as they were when we were there. Not this one. All we wanted was a quote. When we heard the amount, it was insanely high and no explanation why. Lady was rude when we said 4 times that we wouldnt be getting it at that price. I understand lunch time, having customers and the phone continuously ringing, but not the rudeness to us or customers on the phone. Would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact, my policy will be canceled at the end of the month.
