In particularly, my insurance agent Alex De Torre was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I was having trouble finding a reasonable policy for both my properties and my vehicle. Alexs compassion, helpfulness, knowledge about an array of insurance menu options provided my Farmers literally made my day a lot better and I was able to secure the insurance coverages I needed. 5 /5 Samie Medina: Jose Cruz is the agent that helped me with my home owners insurance policy. He was friendly and thorough to make sure all my insurance needs were covered. He sent me my quote and waited patiently until I was ready to go ahead with the policy. I was stressed about getting coverage, and he made a complex situation easier. Then I was told I would being doing an onboarding call to go over my policy. My onboarding call was so friendly and efficient we went over every package line and it just felt like a friendly conversation. It has made me feel like Farmers really cares. I have never been treated so well by any insurance company. I never want to switch insurance companies again. I was texted the customer service phone number and claims number to my phone directly, so I dont have to dig through the policy to find it. The little things really do matter, starting with my agent Jose to customer service onboarding. Thank you.
