1 /5 Carlos Miranda: VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was before 5 :00 pm business closed at 5:45 pm. Went for an estimate an employee by the name KK told she couldn’t help me because she had to leave and she was on the phone with another customer. Bad attitude she literally said I had to leave I can’t help you. Stated it her last day and she was by herself. She literally said I didn’t care because her mom is the manager. With that attitude towards customers I DONT recommend this location just because is your last day that is not how treat your customers. Told I was going to do this she didn’t care

2 /5 Yesi: Lack of communication and constantly get hung up on when trying to get a quote, at least if busy which is understandable take my info and call me back

2 /5 Angela Edmondson: Very, very hard to get my phone call answered. Left 4 different voicemails and never received a call back. This is very irritating, especially when trying to cancel my policy. I will never use this company again.
