Whitney Hamilton All I can say is WOW! I moved to Broken Spoke from Statefarm and the difference in customer service is insane! Jaime is such a wonderful and caring agent. I called in with a customer service question about my permitted driver. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure the best rates while making sure we were covered properly. Amanda is a sales rep with this company and also goes above and beyond. Gives out her cell for a weekend purchase, always answers the phone, is so kind and takes the time to meet our needs. I would pay double just for customer service like this agency! recommend to everyone!!!

Annie Bob I want to say my first encounter with Zach was in February of 2023. I needed a quote for Homeowners insurance. He was very knowledgeable about the products they offered and he encouraged me save by bundling my car insurance. Unfortunately, we werent able to lower my insurance cost at that time. However, Zach was persistent in following up with me. Because of his persistence I was able to get me a great deal on my homeowners and auto insurance. He is super kind, warm and friendly. He definitely makes you feel like youre a part of the State Farm family.
