4 /5 Sharon Remo: Up until July 7, I had been satisfied with the service. I am trying to get my car insurance situated. My original policy went up so the agent quoted me with another company. They quoted the policy was less so I paid 1,025 to start it. When I got the new policy, they had added an incorrect vehicle. They added a vehicle that had been traded in months prior. When the quoted the policy with the correct vehicle, it went up significantly. In fact it was more expensive than my original policy. I asked that it be cancelled and to be reinsured with the original company. It took numerous texts and phone calls before I got a reply. When I finally got a reply, I was told they found a company that could insure my three vehicles at a more affordable price. I signed the form authorizing cancellation and told I would get a refund in 3-5 days. I called today to verify cancellation after receiving an email asking for photos of my vehicles. I called and texted Cerina and got no response. I called a local office and was informed that my policy was never cancelled. This has been beyond frustrating since I have no coverage for one of my vehicles. I am really disappointed, because the service has been excellent up until this point.
After some back and forth, my insurance issue was finally resolved.
