5 /5 Cadence Hindman: Christina was fantastic! I arrived early and she kindly checked me in and offered water. During my time and conversation with her she was friendly and professional. I was able to finished before my appointment time was scheduled. I am truly in awe of how wonderful this experience was, as I have had horrible ones in the past.

5 /5 Samikshya kc: I went for fingerprinting this morning. The lady at the front desk was very kind and even offered me water. Great customer service!

5 /5 John Valadez: Great customer service, great insurance and great discount programs. I was able to walk in and get information needed for a spring break trip and saved a lot to take my kids to local places using AAA. I was also able to use my membership for free passport photos that were done on the spot. I can’t remember the front desk persons name but look for her in the picture I attached. She’s the best!

2 /5 Krystal: We were running late due to traffic which understandably, is a bit of a nuisance. However, the lady that checked in was not friendly and didnt provide any information that my girlfriend was now a walk in. She just told us to wait in the chairs. We then moved to the other chairs closer to the finger printing and she then passively aggressively told us that we were now a walk in and to "bare with them." The guy let us go next and the one additional star is only for him. He was very friendly and made the experience a bit better. We heard a lady come in after us and the same woman that was rude to us was very friendly and conversational with her. Huh? You just automatically treat someone different because they were on time? People make mistakes. Another worker also offered her water, tea or coffee and we were never offered that. Just dont think the people working here were very friendly and made the experience awkward when it should have been quick and simple.

1 /5 B E: Guess they dont answer their phone. After 3 & 1/2 minutes, hung up. Searched their website for answers, to no avail. Calling again as I write this, going on 3 minutes, good by.
