They really care and go the extra mile to explain what I’m paying for and putting together a personalize coverage based on what I need and what my budget is Sade and Steven were my agents and they are phenomenal! I normally don’t care to talk to agents and do things online myself but, their honesty and commitment to helping me lower my insurence price and getting the best full coverage, got my attention I now have full coverage at a lower rate then my last insurence! I highly recommend this agency!

Mark Gott I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Shane Howland and his office staff, particularly Vickie. As a long-time customer of ANPAC since 1975, I valued the relationship we had built over the years with previous agents (both now retired) which included 8 of the 11 rental properties we owned, 3 cars, our homestead at that time, as well as recommendations to family members. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing with Shane Howland & co. When my previous agent retired, my business was transferred to Shane Howland. ( I dont know why) Over the past year and one-half, my wife called several times to obtain quotes for her mothers house- I finally got in touch with them to get that ins. To this date they have never returned HER phone call. They apparently didnt connect the dots, her last name and mine, the same- so they just didnt return her calls. Hmmmmmmmmm Additionally, I found Shane and Vickis level of service and professionalism to be lacking. The attitude and communication style of Shane and Vickie did not meet the standards I expect from an insurance provider. The interactions felt dismissive and unfriendly, which was particularly disappointing given my long-standing relationship with American National Ins. Co. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Shane Howland or Vickie for insurance or financial needs. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as my intent is to share my experience honestly. I wish Shane and Vickie and his staff the best in their future endeavors. If I could give -10 I would.

Taylor Johnson Aaron “the Ace” Capilla is simply awesome. He has answered questions and got my insurance swapped from mountaintops and islands. He is famous in the town of Borger for his billboard that once had a tree fall through it. Customers far and wide flocked to see the the advertisement for insurance that came to be an insurance claim. I was once asked if I had to compare Aaron to another agent, who would it be? My answer, Phil Colson, capable of bringing earths mightiest heroes together.
