1 /5 Kelli Black: Scam artists. Charged me 200 for a deposit on a policy, then less than two weeks later said that I wasnt approved anymore. Wanted another 200 for a new policy. Do not use this service. You are better off shopping around on your own instead of dealing with crooks.

5 /5 Mary Jones: Reason why Im rating this location 5 stars is for the help Ms.Eunice was able to provide for me. She was able to provide me all help and documents to help my claim. She helped provide proof that I was insured as well as provide pictures of my vehicle before the accident. Excellent service and I would recommend 100 percent!!

5 /5 Latrice Wilson: This place is awesome!!!! Customer service was 100%, this lady named Eunice help me through the whole transition experience of getting my insurance. She had awesome customer service, very knowledgeable in the products that I asked her about. Very friendly, and caring. I recommend that before you go and get insurance anywhere else stop by Amax on Lancaster Street in Fort Worth. You will truly be served sufficiently. Had an awesome experience.

So much so that I asked her old location which location she transferred to So I could have her help me with my account because I knew she would handle my issue correctly! I was having trouble with other managers at other locations who are not so kind or helpful and Victoria did not mind helping me she was kind and understanding and she went out of her way to make sure my issue was resolved. She connects well with her customers and goes above and beyond. Thank you Victoria for all of your help. I greatly appreciate it.
