4 /5 Jezz Villanueva: I completed an online quote with Geico, and a female representative from the DeSoto office called to see if I wanted to proceed. Since I was in a meeting, I asked her to send me an email so I could have her contact information, but I never received it. She mentioned she would be off the next day (Wednesday), and I requested that she call me when she returned on Thursday at 10am. Unfortunately, no one followed up, so I finished my quote online, and still proceeded with Geico. On April 18th, Michael reached out to see if I still wanted to proceed. I explained to him that a female representative never called me back. He was very kind and apologized for the lack of communication, which is why Im giving a rating of 4. I do think this experience with Michael made a difference!

5 /5 D J: I just got off the phone with Michael and had to take the time to write this review. I had been dealing with issues in trying to obtain a online quote from Geico. I initially called yesterday and asked to speak with Jennifer Reed who was unavailable. I hung up frustrated. Called back this morning and again had the pleasure of speaking with Michael and I am so glad I did! First and foremost, he has the most pleasant and calm demeanor. I never felt rushed or sensed any frustration in the many questions I had. He exhibited such a willingness to assist me with all my concerns. Not only was he patient, he kept assuring me, he was there to assist me, and therefore I was not taking up his time. He thoroughly answered all my questions, going through my policy line items to ensure my needs were met. He was very knowledgeable, to the point of clearing up a auto draft question that I was misinformed of by an online agent. If I could give this location 10 "stars" I would. My experience today with Michael ensures that I will look no further for my insurance needs. Thank you for all you help!

5 /5 David Beasley: Geico always has the best service and prices when I shop around. I was lucky to have Michael Reed helping me today and he got me setup quickly and on the road legally. The whole online experience got me started and from there Michael got me going with all the paperwork after that. I recommend Jennifer Reeds office out of Desoto for Geico Insurance.
