I heard good and bad things about farmers but, now I can attest to a great policy, more affordable and the best costumer service by a long shot. Mr. Benjimin Rossman was nothing but superb in assisting me through this transition. If you want someone who knows what they are doing and can get you best possible deals with in his limitations, call the Rossman! He is good people. Thank you so much

5 /5 Larry Chelette: We were shopping for new insurance, both auto and homeowners, as our premiums had risen significantly in the last few years even though wed had no claims. We checked with Farmers Insurance agent, Benjamin Rossman. He was very responsive and thorough. Answered all our questions. The rates he was able to give us were SO much better for the exact same coverage. We highly recommend Benjamin and Farmers!

4 /5 simply life: We have a teenage driver and NEVER think about homeowner insurance early enough to shop around but Barbara found us a bundled plan thats great coverage and affordable. She also assisted in canceling previous providers and getting everything in place correctly. Thank you for making it so much less painful!

1 /5 Rawad Minkara: I would avoid him at all cost. He is very responsive and nice when giving you a quote, but once he closes, it’s very hard to get a hold of him. After I took home insurance with him, my mortgage lender told me that they haven’t received my insurance information. I told him about this issue and all he said that I have to call them and let them know. Then why do I need an insurance agent if I am the one that is supposed to call mortgage lender. After going back and forth multiple times with Farmers and the Mortgage it got solved. He had nothing to do with helping me solve the issue, I had to call multiple times and be on the phone with them a lot. Again, this is the agent’s duties But this isn’t the main issue. After a month from the mortgage receiving the insurance, they told me that my insurance agent started the insurance 1 month after the previous insurance ended. Benjamin clearly knew about when my old insurance ends and did not tell me that I had to pay a big fee if there was no continuities insurance on my house. He sold me a “cheap” insurance that started after a month from when my old insurance ends just so that he can sell me the policy. I will definitely not renew with him even if I have to pay extra somewhere else. I tried to contact him multiple times, he barely replies to my message. When I told him about the fee he agreed to pay half of it as it was his mistake but of course he didn’t do anything either. I wouldn’t trust Benjamin anymore. I do not recommend him and I would avoid him at all cost.

I presently have been relieved of my continued headaches and stressfully moments of dealing with Auto & Home Insurance. Mr. Rossman was very presentient, understanding, and patient when it came to going over the policy requirements, issues, and explaining each policy terms. And most of all, with the highly rising cost in todays insurance markets. They were able to provide me with a satisfying cost to meet me and my family needs. With this being said, I would highly recommend their services to any consumer and give them a 5 Star for their service. A satisfied Customer back at with Farmers Insurance after leaving 36 Years ago.
