1 /5 Toni Graham: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They have the MOST HORRIFIC customer service I have ever experienced!!! Chris, the "agent" is very rude & unprofessional A good insurance agent should be looking out for you best interest and doing everything they can to help you save money with out a bunch of red tape. Chris on the other hand doesnt like his job or just doesnt like people in general as he expects adapt to his needs vs trying to make is easiest for the client! We have had a Terrible Experience ever since he joined the team!

5 /5 Tx TeeStan: Seems all insurance companies will pull out all the stops to get you a lower price when your shopping to change. Then it just goes up every year. But Chris and All American do periodic review without me asking and call if they have a deal to save me dollars. As long as they keep looking out for me Ill be a customer.
