Rochelle Taylor Tom Chaney has been my mother’s financial planner for decades. He has always treated her like family and has assisted her as if he were watching over his own mother. It was at his recommendation years ago that she purchase a long term care policy. Fortunately she trusted all of the financial advice he gave her to include investing for retirement. Due to health concerns, it became necessary for my mom to reside in Assisted Living. As a result of the special care Mr. Chaney took in overseeing my mother’s financial planning, she is 81 years of age and is still able to provide for all her own needs with zero financial burden. Although my mother relocated to the east coast years ago, Mr. Chaney continues to check in on her and is very responsive when we need assistance with any her policies/accounts. The experience with Chaney and Associates is beyond outstanding!!!!

Nicole Moses Angie, Ellen and Ron go above and beyond for their clients on a daily basis. With their many years of experience they are able to thoroughly explain whats happening with your investments, while making sure youre understanding the information at the same time. They are always willing to help in whatever way they can. Mrs. Ellen Reynard is always patient during my investment reviews to ensure I am understanding how my accounts are performing. Another thing I love is their full range of services: CPA, Lawyer, Notary and Financial planning all in one place!

Ashley Bonds They said I was approved for a loan. I submitted additional information and they come back and said with my additional income I have a negative budget which makes no sense. These people are dishonest, don’t know what they are doing and are not properly trained in customer service. I would not recommend getting a loan though them as they will run your credit 2 to 3 times and offer to help dispute the inquiries only to not be of assistance at all.

Jalexia Rios The worst experience I’ve had with their customer service, refund and “lost documents”. Been trying to get a refund for my GAP since February and unfortunately I’ll have to wait another 30 days with their issues. They only give you checks and ask to fill out paperwork to not even read what they ask for. I love Toyota cars but I wouldn’t get another vehicle from them if it means to deal with this nonsense. If I had to rate this would be -200/10.
