1 /5 Bryant Stephens: They give you an appointment time and make you wait over a hour . poor customer service , just a bad experience for the last 5 years . Was loyal because when father had the business it was ran correctly. Will never use again and we have been using them since 2008.

She also tells us how to plan for the next year so we are getting the maximum return. She is also gave us valuable information about starting a business. She is also very reasonably priced. Shes not trying to take half of your return. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my taxes. The staff is very professional and polite. She even has a set-up for kids to watch movies and play. I highly recommend her and her staff!

I even had to double back because I forgot to take a picture of my paperwork and the young lady there did me one better and made a copy for me and help me make sure all the information on the paperwork was all right. Price was good for me too.
