I put in the applicants that night and they got back to me the next morning when they opened with my approval status!!! Unfortunately I work a normal business hours type of job and they close at the time I get off but, the nice ladies said that they would stay longer for me until I get there which I appreciated sooo much! Overall great experience and got it same day. And will use them again if needed!

At this point, I thought for sure that my request had been rejected. They ended up calling me to let me know it was approved! Went in to sign the finalizing documents. I was immediately greeted by some of the nicest people Ive ever met - it was so refreshing to be able to walk into a place and actually be greeted. They made my broke butt feel more like royalty. Sat with Grace for a few minutes - shes the SWEETEST LITTLE BUMBLE BEE! She was so easy to work with! I primarily bank with CashApp and use Venmo as a backup. I know they arent your typical "banks" - I closed all of mine since they werent providing anything beyond my personal needs that these 2 banks do not and, at times, came at a cost. I should also mention that I am currently going through some personally difficult times... My point in mentioning this is coming, I promise! Grace knew off the cuff that CashApp would not do the deposit onto the card but, wasnt sure if Venmo would. Despite having to (potentially) open an account to close it and reopen it just to issue a check, she was actually willing to give it a go!!! Didnt have to fight or argue, she was actively WILLING to explore MY opportunities despite it possibly causing more work for herself. She automatically went that extra mile to try to ensure that my funds were deposited in a way that was better for me. Honestly, I dont feel like many people do simple gestures like that anymore. Lately, I dont even feel right calling that a simple gesture... Anyways, another refreshing mark for Grace and this location. Im over here stressing out over the problems that shes trying to help me with and shes on the other side calmly trying to help me them. Making small jokes to ease the tension that I BROUGHT to HER desk. A week ago, I was cussed out for asking how much longer on a pizza that was running an hour and a half behind! Grace didnt pass any judgment on me requesting a loan, she was easy to work with and comprehend. When I didnt understand something, she was willing to word it in a way that made sense to me without belittling me in any way. Mind you, I didnt mention any of my personal issues to her until we needed the end. She didnt adjust to my situation. She didnt adjust for anything. From what I could tell, she didnt do anything outside from her normal routine. She was just... Herself. And that was so wonderful to experience. The overall experience was so amazing, Id come here to file my taxes as well... If I didnt do it myself already. Id happily come back for another loan but, I am actively working to avoid being in that situation again. Hmm... I may just have to take a break on filing my taxes and come back here. Ill call it my tax vacay. If the other team members are anything like Grace (they seemed like they were, just didnt have the personal one-on-one experience to share), I highly recommend coming here. If not, I highly recommend Grace.

5 /5 Dark Knight: Found myself in need of some money very last send and had to get a loan. World fiance made it very quick and easy with no hassle. Service from the phone to in person was excellent.
