1 /5 Ryan Acosta: Multiple fradulent letters. I have never taken a loan from these people and any attempt to clear that up results in me being told that they cannot use my address, name, or number to find my account and instead need my full SSN.

5 /5 Jeff L: I just wanted to leave a review after checking my credit report. Back in 2022, these lenders were extremely helpful in a pinch. There were multiple times they allowed me to stagger payments, and essentially create new loans, and then when I had enough to payoff, they didnt scam me in the process. I know these places get a bad rep, but this place was good to me in a pinch.

1 /5 Jeff Lewbowski: Bad company… Do not get a loan from this place. I repeat do not get a loan from this place. They beed to be investigated by the fcc and other government officials. They will report late late payments and ruin your credit. I suggest you if you really are that desperate to get a loan from this company that use some kind of recording device on your conversations with them because I was assured there would not be no late Payment reported to my credit because I was having issues making a payment online they had to help me reset it where I could make a payment and it turned to be the same day of a 30 day late notice reported to my credit. The woman at the location assured me that there would be no 30 day reporting will be making reviews every single place online. I will be spreading the word about this company to do not use them. I suggest you do the same.

Firstly, I want to apologize to those of you that are a victim of the company who has built an empire based of scamming people. This company at random sends checks to peoples home.. which they get your information through trans union. Apparently, it does matter who cashes the check. I was informed that if it’s sent to your address, you are responsible/liable. Buckle up.. I had this supposed check mailed to my apartment, along with 2 other follow up letters. 1 letter inform me of “thank you for choosing us as a lender” (which I had no choice, OBVIOUSLY) and other stating “if this is not correct please call this number”.

1 /5 J Charles: Not even worth a star but was forced to put a star. I called to make a payment on my spouse’s account and spoke to a Cynthia and because I didn’t have the exact dollar amount she couldn’t process the payment. I called back later and spoke to a Debbie who I gave her all the info and after she processed the payment she asked who I was and I said his spouse and she said I need a name and I said no you don’t. I’m just making a payment and mind you she already processed it she said it’s new rules we need to know who we are talking to and if that’s the case she should have asked in the beginning of the call but didn’t and because after her being rude I didn’t divulge my name she was going to make a note that I can’t make a payment on the account. She proceeded to say it’s our new rules and need it for notes and it’s for the main financial co and for audit purposes and again I replied you don’t unless you have “ the rules” it in writing. I don’t have to give you a name I gave her just J and she was super rude. As long as the account is being paid and it didn’t decline and the account is up to date there is no need to question anything. I never asked for any account information nor did I ask her any questions but because I refused to give my name the accounts is being noted. Please. The company shouldn’t be asking for my name they should be asking for customer service courses because there phone etiquette sucks. No customer service award for the SW Military location. I did speak to an Amanda and she gave me a link to pay verses speaking to the rude staff. Can’t wait to pay off this lame high interest loan trap!!!
