1 /5 Sabrina Smith: I cannot get good customer service! I paid off my settlement wad told I would need to wait 30 days for it to close out after numerous calls saying others wise. Now I see today I am being charged an annual fee and my settlement has not closed out. I paid as agreed upon. Everyone including "supervisors" have gave me the run around. And tonight I find this on my account that should be closed settled for a lesser amount. The customer service line is of no assistance.
