1 /5 Sabrina Smith: I cannot get good customer service! I paid off my settlement wad told I would need to wait 30 days for it to close out after numerous calls saying others wise. Now I see today I am being charged an annual fee and my settlement has not closed out. I paid as agreed upon. Everyone including "supervisors" have gave me the run around. And tonight I find this on my account that should be closed settled for a lesser amount. The customer service line is of no assistance.

1 /5 Paula Theus: I spoke with a representative on 09/23 and advised him my cutoff date to submit identify information, is on 09/27, I asked if I could fax or scan the information and was told no, he said if I mailed the information that date, they look at the post date and would be fine. I never heard from anyone and decided to call, well, the representative was rude and told me the application was closed and I would need to reapply, what Was. As a crock, why would I want another hit on my credit and they can’t be efficient
