Cathy K Sorry that many reviews on this branch are sorry to see their old bank go. Nevertheless this PNC branch rocks. Friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Was pleasantly greeted when I arrived, waited for a banker. Angelica was superb, handled my request very quickly. And employees wishes me safe travels (weather was getting nasty) as I exited. So refreshing after dealing with another PNC branch that had none of the attributes of this branch and employees.

Eilers Buffy Best customer service ever!! The young lady with pink in her hair and drives a camero(didnt get her name) was so personable and enthusiastic about everything she did. She deserves to be recognized. Thank you for helping out us Alabamians!!
