1 /5 Brandi G: My insurance rate keep going up higher and higher. Then I purchased a new vehicle had to drop from one I traded in and add new vehicle. I live in rockport tx gave them my Rockport address only to find out when I went to make my next payment that it had gone from 864 to 1211 A MONTH bcuz they put a Houston address have been fighting with them for two months to correct address and get refunded for the different rates! It has been a shit show and frustrating! I sent proof of address wit pic of my id wit my Rockport address! My light bill ect and still nothing! Their rates are crazy! There should be multi vehicle discount as well! Geez it’s crazy

1 /5 Josh Mcd: Brooke hart is the worst insurance agent to talk to and Gino is the worst photo estimator Ive ever dealt with. I used progressive for 7 years because I figure if I had ever crashed they would write me a good estimate but boy was I far from wrong. Ive fought these people after they tried to give me the most low ball estimate Ive ever seen and still will not talk to me about diminish value on our brand new car. I will never use progressive for anything else in my life. So you can thank Brooke hart and Gino

1 /5 Artemio Lopez: Progressive employees believe we’re paying for them to assist us at their convenience. This is outrageous! Been waiting a whole week just to get my vehicle fixed, and I still haven’t gotten a reply. It takes them over 24 hours to respond to any email, text, or voicemail. Finding a new insurance company right away. Customer service is 1/10.
