And she did a great job helping me and getting me on the phone with the claims agent who would finish setting my claim up and get my car towed to Franks so it can be fixed. Also the other lady was great to as well. Cant remember her name though. So I am really appreciative for her help and think she did a great job.

Not only is she soooo accommodating being kind enough to always meet you halfway even if it means getting to her office earlier or staying later just to help her customers out but she is soooooo professional! She treated me and my policy like it was her own, always making sure I was covered and taken care of. Also very great at explaining coverages and giving me answers to all my questions.
