Rosa took her time with explaining the process of everything how insurance works, her customer service was awesome and made us feel comfortable and was super helpful and nice . Rosa seems to be very knowledgeable and I will definitely be sending people her way that needs insurance.

I had to file to dissolve a business back in Louisiana and he helped me get all the info correct and updated with the necessary notary stamp needed before mailing off the documents. I was in and out in 10-15mins since no one was in line. All the other reps were super quick at accommodating their members’ needs. Great job, and thank you for the mindful conversation, Andrew. We hold an SR 22 and Yossira was able to get us a low monthly rate of $75 such an amazing company to work with people that have had previous issues with insurance/credit score issues The link that was provided in the email was broken to give her an overall review so I came on and googled Odessa Texas and went ahead and just put her name in for an insurance agent who has wonderful customer service skills and is able to keep up with the busyness of daily life. I literally was grocery shopping and doing all kinds of things while I spoke to her on the phone and she was able to get us like I said a cheap rate decent coverage all within 30 to 45 minutes.
