5 /5 Victoria Perez: Did a walk in today for an insurance quote and Rosa was super helpful explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. Rosa took her time with explaining the process of everything how insurance works, her customer service was awesome and made us feel comfortable and was super helpful and nice . Rosa seems to be very knowledgeable and I will definitely be sending people her way that needs insurance.

1 /5 Melody Battle: Do not purchase this policy, they swindled me out of 138. the first month with crazy charges like I didnt provide proof of insurance for prior coverage when the lady at Allstate 800 number would not give me the policy until I emailed it to her. Fraudulent charges on my account and talked to escalation team on June 17, 2025 and they were no help at all.....do not deal with these unprofessional people.
