D M Great rating due to excellent workers like Charlie Luna who go out of their way to find the best possible deal for you. I went from $900 with Allstate to $250 thanks to Charlie Lunas expertise. Charlie will answer many questions plus some more for people like myself who "Need to know" the many details of coverage provided. Been with yall for almost a year and I continue to benefit from switching over. Going to switch my Home policy as well because guess what??? Charlie got me a WAY BETTER DEAL!!! UH HUH! Thank you Sentinel Integra for having AWESOME and PROFESSIONAL employees like Mr. Charlie Luna!

mark kuykendall Not having a good experience. Needed to have a correction made to my policy and was told it would need to be rewritten. They took my money 3k on November 2nd. I haven’t received anything, no policy, nothing. Have called multiple times. Each time nothing happens. Now Im trying to cancel the policy. Was told I’d get a receipt yesterday. Haven’t seen anything yet. This may need to be reported. More later. Well, I must say I was wrong, everything has now been resolved. Much of this was due to my lack of experience in insurance matters. First Colony did their best to help me. I have my refund and I am grateful. I would recommend them.

Ruth Sarahi I have been shopping around all day.. calling the big and small companies getting the run around. Agents left and right saying they were busy and would call me back.. Then the down payments were outrageous along with the cost.... Then I called here. FATIMA answered and was so sweet, told me she would call back and get me lower quotes and she did. Not only did she get me a low down payment, which mind you wasnt the lowest that I found but she was so helpful, she also got me the lowest monthly quote. 49.50 is what I am going to be paying monthly!
