We hold an SR 22 and Yossira was able to get us a low monthly rate of $75 such an amazing company to work with people that have had previous issues with insurance/credit score issues The link that was provided in the email was broken to give her an overall review so I came on and googled Odessa Texas and went ahead and just put her name in for an insurance agent who has wonderful customer service skills and is able to keep up with the busyness of daily life. I literally was grocery shopping and doing all kinds of things while I spoke to her on the phone and she was able to get us like I said a cheap rate decent coverage all within 30 to 45 minutes. Highly recommend

5 /5 Summer Walters: After my policy “ghosted me”, I had to call Direct Auto and see what was going on. I HATE automated customer service so being able to speak to a human being was extremely helpful. I was transferred a few times but every person I spoke to was very kind and helpful. However, one stood out to me. Isela Ramirez was the final representative I was transferred to and she was amazing! Not only is she very kind and professional but she is very down to earth! She helped me as fast as technology would allow but I enjoyed my time on the phone (never thought I would say that calling customer service)! She helped find a solution to my problem and resolved everything before we got off the call. Somebody give her a raise! Thank you so much for all your help and assistance Mrs.Ramirez! I hope I never encounter another issue with my policy but if I do, I know who to call! Definitely made me a long term happy customer :)
