It doesnt hurt that hes genuinely a nice guy, but the reality is he gets results, bulldogs his way towards solving problems or finding information, and is honest to a fault about what can and cant be done with his policies. He and I dont always talk under "positive" circumstances, but I actually enjoy reaching out to him regardless of the context, knowing that hell be in my court and whatever were dealing with well go after it together.
