Patricia Rigney I can not say enough about this store! First off Jaset and Jay are phenomenal! I had damaged my wedding ring very badly! I was beyond upset! They took the time to ensure me it could be repaired beautifully! They walked me through every detail of the process and repairs! When I received my ring back it was more than I expected! Absolutely restored to my original ring, and better!! The repair jeweler did an amazing job!! I could go on and on!!! Absolutely incredible!!!

BR00KE _Amonalisa Always my go-to place to get like little things like trinkets and stuff to like build a gift with like teacher appreciation week, body/makeup gift baskets, and etc. Its always a go-to for me has been for quite a few years now and every time I go I always get something that I just like and love and this time it didnt have a lot that I was interested in but I grabbed a few things. Like I said its my go to store for things like that make-up, bows, brushes, hair mask, facial mask, little tattoos, party accessories, and they always have great bath bombs. Oh and scarves, scarves are my favorite because I wear them for my hair and I just got a new one which I love! Customer service could definitely be upgraded because the ladies there they just look at you like get your stuff and get out basically and I can understand you know but like you have to enjoy where you work or dont work there.

Sharron Watson Joann is a true gem, herself! She is so sweet and knowledgeable about jewelry. Her staff is also accommodating. My husband and I have purchased several items over the years and have enjoyed them all, especially the beautiful 50th anniversary ring that my husband Jackie chose for me. Joann also has great ideas for remaking old jewelry!

Breanna Kelly Damaris was so kind to my boyfriend, Nathaniel and me! We were just starting the ring shopping process and she was able to provide us with great information and answered all of our questions! She was very mindful of our budget and after seeing other places, we can get way more with Lillian M as far as size and clarity by shopping small! I have been to every jewelry store and rock shop, from Washington to Texas looking for jewelry and gems, I know a lot about diamonds and have purchased at luxury brands as well as mom and pop for years. So I do not say this lightly, but my experience at Rice Village was the best jewelry shopping experience I have ever had full stop! First they have a great selection of natural diamonds! They have high quality settings that are unique and diverse. Arcelia was amazing, she looked at my inspiration picks and searched high and low for any ring I might like. And this is a special ring as its my 18 year wedding anniversary so Im taking my time. There was no pressure at all she let me try on everything and touch everything and I felt comfortable the whole time. The diamonds are much better than the quality you find at other stores great cuts and color all around. You really couldnt go wrong with anything in the store. Ronnie was super knowledgeable! I could have geeked out talking to him about diamonds and gems for days! He even offered to find me a special emerald at the vagus gem show, he was fun and friendly as well. I am very excited to find such a great place and Im sure I will be purchasing many pieces from them in the near future. Update: After taking time to enjoy looking at the larger selection of diamonds, I decided on an amazing 3 stone ring, it’s a stunner! More sparkle than I have ever seen! It was a great price too, definitely competitive to online sellers, but way better quality and personal service. I also got to see some of their custom created tennis bracelets and they were true perfection, I would definitely recommend if you are looking for anything custom!

Christine Avary After a few consultations with other jewelers, a friend recommended that we go to Kent because shed had great experiences with him. We were not disappointed. My husbands grandmother had recently passed away and prior to her passing, she had given him her wedding ring and band. My husband wanted to have part of her ring in his wedding band as well as having a ring made for me as well. Additionally, we didnt want my original engagement ring to go unused, so we wanted to use the gold from that band as well. Kent was able to do all of this and more. He let us show him inspiration pictures, and he created EXACTLY what we wanted. He was able to use all the gold, all the stones we wanted, make any and all changes we wanted, and did this all for an incredibly reasonable price. He understood the emotional attachment and sentiment behind this process which made us feel very comfortable. The other jewelers put pressure on us to pay a minimum of $2000, they would not use our gold, nor did it feel they would make this a personable experience. I would 100% recommend Kent to anyone and everyone. Hes insanely talented, easy to work with, and does a great job keeping in consistent communication with his clients.

Mallory Gill I came to Gillespie to commission a custom gold medallion after my grandmother passed and left me some gold and diamonds. It was a very sentimental project and Mr. Gillespie took time to review my ideas and provided useful input on design. He hand sketched the design and created a one-of-a-kind piece. I couldnt be happier - its unique and beautifully crafted. The process was very transparent and the quality of work is truly exceptional! Would definitely recommend Gillespie Jewelers.
