I recently pulled the trigger on a Black Bay 41mm with a 5-link bracelet and love it. Thank you Bing, your customer service is exceptional!! Update: I have been in multiple times since my last review and have picked up a new Black Bay 68 with a blue dial and have placed an order for a new tough to get Tudor for my wife. The staff is always amazing and I look forward to working with Thomas Markle Jewelers for many more years.

Christopher White Went here to get the engagement ring and Russell helped me pick out the perfect match in very little time. I got the lifetime warranty included and they have always honored its terms. Went today to get the wedding band and another enjoyable interaction. Super helpful, got the perfect ring, and it had a discount on it too. Fiance is super excited about. Thank you Russell and Zales staff for your help in making my reality so fantastic.

Paul Lanzillotti I almost never leave public reviews, but in this case its warranted. M&R had a highly sought after wristwatch in stock that I could not find anywhere for months. I ordered it online from their website, they sent it out the very next day (Im halfway across the country) with a tracking number. It just arrived and the watch is exactly as described. It came with all the trimmings as well - even a nice velvet gift bag. On that note, this is really going to make a great gift that didnt break the bank. In fact, I cant believe the deal I got. Paid retail price when everywhere else is selling it for more. Im definitely going to buy again at some point. If Im ever in the great state of Texas, Ill try and stop on by to say thanks in person.

Dianna Lorenzo Went in to buy a new charm for my bracelet, ended up purchasing 2 new charms and got a free bracelet. The manager was friendly and helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. The manager also cleaned my other pandora bracelet while I was completing my transaction.

She took the time to listen to what my sister wanted, explained options clearly, and made sure we felt confident with every step of the decision. I also want to mention the gentleman who cleaned our gold chains—he did an amazing job and was so kind. Our chains looked brand new, and he made the experience even better with his helpful attitude. Ashley Kirsch I loved this jeweler so much. He fixed a necklace for me once & then my niece ripped it off of my neck (no fault to his workmanship) & I was lucky enough to meet with him a second time. He was always so kind & let me leave with a rose each time. Prices were fair & the work was done swiftly. I really wish I still lived in Houston so I could stop back by on occasion for other jewelry needs. I always recommend to my friends in the area.
