J H We had a unique and stressful situation when my wife’s wedding ring was mishandled by the jeweler. What could have been a nightmare was completely turned around thanks to Monica G.(store manager). She went above and beyond personally advocating for us, keeping us informed when customer service fell short, and ensuring everything was resolved in the best way possible. Monica’s professionalism, diligence, and genuine care not only fixed the situation but created lifelong loyalty from us as customers. She is the reason we will continue to trust Kay Jewelers. If every representative operated the way Monica does, there would never be a doubt about customer satisfaction. Truly outstanding service! If anyone has had a problem with Kays stores before I would recommend changing that opinion by going here and talking with Monica or her staff. Theyll do whats right. Thats for sure!

Jim NoneYa Great service and pricing. Honest. I had my ring resized, band made thicker and cleaned for 150 and it was all done in 2 hours. Other places were quoting me between 200 and 300 for the same work and wanted either days or a week for service. Glad I found this place. Will be back. Some cool Harley motorcycle and Masonic rings too.

Nikki Venturo I took my ring in to be re sized and have a crack fixed. They didnt re size the ring and u can still see where they attempted to repair it. I will not be taking anything else here. Also the repair was high almost $50 to repair something tht wasnt

We wanted to upgrade the center stone, but the original settings was very difficult due to the channel diamonds on side and half bezel crown. We flew from Phx to Lubbock because of our faith and trust in JKeith’s work. It was a hard job but it came out beautifully. We placed our original center stone into a pendant. If you want the highest quality and an honest jeweler, go to JKeith, you won’t be disappointed.

Vy Chen this location is awful DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. i went in for a chain and to have a charm engraved, not only was Michelle N rude and unhelpful but the store’s machine didn’t work and my charm had scratches everywhere. my first attempt on engraving the charm was handwritten, a pretty decent size and written within the perimeters. the machine had completely FLIPPED OVER my charm and was writing everything all over the place. they let me redo it again and recommended i used the text setting, which completely ruined the whole purpose of coming in, where i wanted to hand write something but after seeing what happened i settled. i saw the worker pull out another charm from the drawer, where it was completely scratched up. even after using the text setting the charm FLIPPED OVER ONCE AGAIN and looked NOTHING like what was shown. it is completely illegible and looks like chicken scratch, and there is suppose to be a heart written on it????? only after i spent my money and wasted my time the worker THEN AFTER informed me that they have been having problems with the machine, why sell me something that you knew didn’t work?? and people were unhappy with???? i’m upset i wasn’t informed of the issues they had beforehand and how i couldn’t refund this scam. i will never be returning and i hope the worker is retrained thoroughly on customer service and letting them know of any precautions before they spend their money.
