I needed repair work done on a cherished ring that my wife was given by my late mother. Marcy took time with my wife to clearly understand what was her desired outcome and identified the repairs that were needed on the ring. In fact, she found damage to one of the prongs that we had not realized. While Marcy was working with my wife, she asked Conner to show me the Rolex line.
Conner was instrumental in helping me navigate the Rolex watches with his extensive knowledge of the Rolex line.
