I have had accounts elsewhere, and they can’t compare to the service I have received here. PTFCU has been helpful in many areas. They are there in emergencies and daily needs. Always willing to go above and beyond for each and every member. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to know they are taken care of, understood and can walk in and be known by name.

Cleverson mattos Worst bank Ive ever had. I paid off all my financing, paid it off via wire transfer, and its been 30 days and they havent released my title. I need to sell the car and I cant. The worst thing is that the customer service is always telling me something different. A trash bank.
