Never received a phone call with an update, had to call every few days myself. Very unprofessional. Thank you Codi for all your help, you saved the day!

I have had accounts elsewhere, and they can’t compare to the service I have received here. PTFCU has been helpful in many areas. They are there in emergencies and daily needs. Always willing to go above and beyond for each and every member. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to know they are taken care of, understood and can walk in and be known by name.
