The whole team was friendly, quick to respond, and really made the process so much less stressful than we expected. They didn’t just handle the paperwork—they also gave us great advice along the way, like recommending we get a survey done, which ended up being super helpful. It really showed that they cared about us making a smart decision, not just getting the loan done. Everything moved smoothly, we always knew what was happening, and we felt confident from start to finish. Jeff Wilson I was impressed with the Centre. Still looks new. We had the upper balcony and still were able to see the stage. The screens on either side of the stage also helped with viewing. The sound was excellent for the Barry Manilow concert. The prices at the concession are what you would expect. The only bathrooms, though, for the general seating were on the first floor. Limited elevators also, so if you have bad knees, its going to take a while to get down 3 stories. Also, it takes while to exit the parking lot.

He worked quickly and patiently with me, even though my busy work schedule made it tough to get all my info over. Once I did, he was prompt in sending all my paperwork via email. Super professional and efficient! Later, when I traded my car, Delia was awesome,she got the new car added to my policy quickly and hassle-free. Anytime I’ve needed to make changes or updates, the process has been an absolute breeze. I highly recommend them—10/10!

Sabrena St Clergy i’m from out of town and I had to open up an account here at this local date for a loan on a home. I was a little apprehensive because it is a small town bank and they do things differently. But I have to say that they really have gone above and beyond to help me get things done when I’m used to doing things a certain way they’ve helped me get things done. The phone customer service just when I call sometimes is not always great on the customer service part but when I call specifically to ask for certain people, it’s fantasticEthel and Kathy and Caroline and Grace. They’re all super amazing women they’ve all just gone above and beyond they’ve all done a great job and they have made me think differently about the small town bank.
