MARTHA, the branch manager is unable to follow instructions, and delete a payment method AFTER being told multiple times to do so. With her ignorance, $446 was taken out of my account (be mindful that I do not have a loan with Lendmark) a month after a one time payment was made. This $446 withdrawal left my account in the negative ON A FRIDAY! Not just any particular Friday, a Friday where I had a sick kid ($40 visit to Urgent Care determined it was strep). A Friday where I had to take a test for work. A Friday where I had to drive 2 hours to an orthodontist appointment. MARTHA refused to refund my money and here it’s Sunday and I’m still in the negatives. MARTHA also hung up on me which resulted in me calling corporate. The pleasant woman I spoke with from the complaint department was great enough to let me know that since the person with the loan with Lendmark wasn’t on my bank account, MARTHA was not supposed to do an auto withdrawal. If I were closer to Odessa instead of all the way on the other side of Texas, Ol’ MARTHA and I would have been face-to-face. I cannot wait to speak with her superior, and I HOPE to high Heavens she is F-I-R-E-D!
