Kristina Brantley They are very helpful and very kind. Their loans are not that expensive, like other loan facilities in the area. Christmas is right around the corner so I will let people know if they need a few extra bucks pronto is the way to go.

Their customer service agents are always so warm and welcoming, in addition to being extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Rebekah Herzberg The app hardly ever works. I am always having to close in and out of it. The customer service here isnt too terrible but they seem to neglect to tell you important information. I had to wait an entire year to get my tax return from 2022 because they fail to tell you that for direct deposit there is a completely different number. Now I am having to do the same exact thing because I put what was exactly in my account and routing information in the app. If you guys are going to have a different number for direct deposit then why not include it under account details in the app? I had issues getting my work checks too because of this. When I go in to speak to people about this and finding out why my checks and tax returns were rejected that not once told me that I had to use a different number that was never provided. I had to call the 800 number to be given this number and information when I shouldnt have to do that. The people inside the bank should have given this number. This created so much emotional stress for me. Hope you guys fix this problem.
