5 /5 Michael Veiga: Skyone is the best credit union Ive been with. Customer service is excellent and quick. Ive never had a bad experience with them personally, whether online or in person. They helped me with a request that was a few weeks late, whereas other unions probably wouldnt have even returned my email. The rates and fees are reasonable compared to most other credit unions in the area. Location is ideal, between Dallas and FW.

We don’t use our credit for lack of understanding when using credit but he walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. He was kind and understanding as well! If you go ask for Adrian!

Their new branch opens soon in Lewsiville, TX and I’ve already been there and met some of the staff! Super friendly, and eager to help! I actually feel like a real customer again, vs. just another number! First met Oscar (CA) back in January and now work with Shaun (TX); they are the Business Development team that introduced me to their great services! Lisa (TX) is the Branch Manager in Lewsiville, and is so helpful! Oscar, Shaun and Lisa have helped me transition much of my personal and business banking to SkyOne, and the process has been truly amazing. They also believe in supporting the local community, which is huge for me! They have been there every step of the way to make sure everything has gone smoothly; and it has!
