Their method of being able to get direct deposit vs having to go through the trouble of going place to place to cash a check is exceptional. I will never hesitate to return to Sunloan for any needs.

I reached out to Sun Loan to explain my situation and hopefully make arrangements. Unfortunately, I spoke with Leticia, and I have to say the experience was disappointing. She was rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to even listen. I understand that businesses have policies, but a little compassion goes a long way—especially when someone is going through hard times. If you’re thinking about getting a loan, please consider your options carefully. This may not be the company for you if you ever fall behind or need support. There is a company in Bryan–College Station that actually listens and cares. I’ll be sharing more about them sooN
