They came up with a design, which we approved from the drawing. It is so beautiful. Definitely a piece that will be worn daily and treasured as opposed to having several family pieces in the jewelry box for 10 years. I am planning on returning and having the rest of the stones made into another treasure. Kind, professional, helpful, definitely the best of the best. Every employee I talked with throughout the process was friendly and helpful.

He gave us some recommendations on repairing the wedding band to last and making sure it doesnt get bent again, but in the meantime he said hed just reform it and clean my engagement ring free of charge. Last week, we brought back both my rings and hubbys wedding band for cleaning/polish service but Luis noticed the prongs of my engagement ring were getting worn. He quoted us the repair and we were told it would take about a week. We got the call they were ready before the week was up. Our rings are so shiny, they all look new! Good quality service! Jimmy Lowe Helzberg Diamonds store in McAllen Texas. Went in to see about resizing a ring. Was greeted in a friendly manner and asked how they could help us. Prompt attention to our needs were handled by 3 different employees. Each of which worked in a very professional manner, especially Norma. She displayed a very experienced and knowledgeable ethic. This was our third jewelry store in La Plaza Mall to shop at and the first to treat us as good neighbors even though we were from out of town. Resizing the ring was not a problem. While there she noticed some other jewelry of ours needed cleaning. That was taken care of at no charge. The end result was us purchasing a new gold necklace we had been thinking about, as well as, feeling like we had made some new friends.

They also replaced a battery in my Tag watch. They also had quick turn around time. Everything we completed ilny the next day!
