Ive been shopping with Elizabeth and her staff since the store opened, and knew I could trust them to do a safe and professional job. I wanted white gold rather than yellow, so Zanny and Sirandyn researched piercing studs to find some that were nickel free. After giving me options, we chose a beautiful pair from Maria Tash. Scheduling was easy, the piercing was painless (truly) and I couldnt be more pleased.

She lengthened my toddler’s bracelet (which we had bought from another vendor) for absolutely free when she outgrew it! George Torres I went on January 14 2024 to repair a chain that kept unhinging on and off. Nervous I would eventually lose it I decided to stop by and repair it. Trisha advised it was a hinge and took it to the back to repair it. She brought it back nice and cleaned and advised there was no charge! I offered to pay but she would not accept anything! I will definitely be back because of their excellent customers service!!! Strongly recommend them!!

Sherry Gaible James Avery never has a sale but they did offer a good deal on their charms. So, I gathered the three adopted granddaughters and had a shopping spree this hot afternoon. I have been coming up empty for their birthday and Christmas gifts the past year or so. Starting a charm bracelet or add on necklace is a great way for them to design their own gift. This JA store seems brand new, but the very personable and helpful store manager, Karen, said the store is actually five years old. Could have fooled me. We had Karen and her assistant Morgan"s full attention for a good part of the afternoon. The brilliantly lit glass cases, with sample charms, were so enticing, but the girls (11, 9 and 7) made wonderful decisions on their own. I hope this is a tradition that we can keep for years to come.

Ashley Zapata The you g lady with the curly hair is so nice! She has helped me both times in my daughter’s jewelry selection. Each time she has made me feel so welcomed she’s very friendly and nice. Definitely would recommend going with her! I will continue to go there because of her!
