1 /5 Lilly Ortiz: Do not use this office. I have submitted a request to change agents. The employees do not know their jobs very well. I purchased a new vehicle and went straight to them seeing Miles is my agent. I was told he was not there even though I was looking right at him. I was quoted $113. It went from $113 to $176 the very next month to $198 the month after. I called Miles. He is very nice and professional but nothing was done to resolve the issue he found on the account. I was on the drive safe and save program. My beacon went out so I took it in when removing the vehicle I traded in for my new one. The lady in the office threw it away and did not give me a new one nor had one mailed to me. Miles was suppose to get one mailed to me seeing I live in Midland and work 2 jobs so I dont have time to go back to his office in Odessa. It has been a month and I have still yet to receive anything from them. If you want a runaround, your time and money wasted; let his team be your agent. If not, look elsewhere. I love State Farm. I had a wonderful agent before he closed his office. I did not have a choice of a new agent when it happened.
