I had the pleasure of having Nohemi help me when I went back to Mike Podzemny State Farm a while back. She was awesome! Like I said-the entire office staff is top notch.

2 /5 Eddie V: Really hoped to see that 4.9 star customer service at work. Sadly today was not it. Spoke to Melissa for a home and auto quote, I clearly stated I was looking to do business with them only. She took my information down, we only got halfway done when she asked to be excused to speak with a different customer. She did promise to call back within 30min tops so I didn’t mind. Two hours later, I get an email from a different location in midland, not even a phone call! It felt very impersonal, hence the two stars. Not gonna lie, She was nice over the phone but I just disagree the way my situation got handled.
