Gigi Ive had insurance for over a year and service has always been excellent. Mike is so customer service focused and really doesnt try to "sell" you on anything you dont need. He takes the time to educate and give you options. He is very transparent about pros vs cons to every option. It doesnt matter if you have a $5000 car or $50000..he treats you like a VIP.

We needed a tow and Farmers reimbursed us up to $75. I took my receipt to Lisa and she submitted to Farmers and I had a refund in my bank in less than 30mins.
