2 /5 Andrea Menchaca: It was good that Mr. Gaines followed up on my online insurance quote and stated that he’s still looking into it, and that he would call me back. He never called me back so I called him this morning only to get the response “oh yeah, we’re not going to be able to save you any money.” and nothing else. No alternatives, no attempts to explain coverages. What if I didn’t care about saving money?
I’m also under the impression that he had NO intention of calling me back. That’s bad customer service, especially for someone that is in the market for insurance.
I advise you to do better Mr. Gaines.
