1 /5 Sandra Lozada: All is good when you are a current customer, Until you call to cancel your auto insurance. I spoken to Sandy and another young girl. They both said they would get back to me this was last week and still havent heard back from either of them. Last time I spoke to them they asked for a written statement which I did and Also send my new proof of insurance. This week, Ive tried calling numbers of times, all I get is unavailable. All I asked is to cancel my policy 15days prior to the renewal, I paid the renewal on the 3rd of the month 7 days before it was due. All Im asking is for my prorated refund and to cancel my renewal policy. Hope this review helps get managers attention to take action.
