They really make sure that we’re all takin care off. Which so nice of them. They were very easy to communicate as well. We are very pleased of their business. Charles Wade Lisa takes care of us at Farmers Thomas Scott Agency. Shes very knowledgeable and helps break down your policy so you understand the coverages you have. We needed a tow and Farmers reimbursed us up to $75. I took my receipt to Lisa and she submitted to Farmers and I had a refund in my bank in less than 30mins.
